Ice Spice has been praised by social media users for the way she responded to a troll on Twitter who compared her looks to someone with Down syndrome. The tweet, which has since been deleted gained the attention of Ice Spice and thousands of fans.
The Boy’s a Liar singer rose to fame in January 2021, when one of her TikToks went viral. Later on, her own song Munch (Feelin’ U), then became the track to another viral trend on the platform. Since then, Ice Spice gained a number of famous fans including Kim Kardashian and North West, who she famously joined in a number of TikToks.

Ice Spice ‘slams’ troll
In a now-deleted tweet, which has been captured by Page Six, a Twitter user compared Ice Spice’s looks to a woman with Down syndrome.
The user included a split image, of half Ice Spice’s face, and half of an unidentified woman’s face with Down syndrome.
Responding to the message with a quote tweet, the Gangsta Boo singer wrote: “u thought u ate but my sis cute asf.”
Fans then took to the comments to praise the music rapper for her response. It is not clear when exactly the tweet was deleted by the Twitter user, who has now set their account to private.

The tweet now has almost 10,000 retweets and 220k likes as fans and people with Down syndrome praise Ice Spice for her response.
“She’s literally our generation Princess Dianna, I luv that for us,” wrote one fan.
One said: “The literal definition of girls girl, I love her so much.”
“Gotta stan a wholesome queen,” penned another user.
“I love you Ice. As a person with Down Syndrome, this means so much to me,” said one.
“you know you made it when you have people hating for no reason,” tweeted another.
Ice Spice heads overseas
As her career has gone from strength to strength, the star will soon be heading to London, England where she’ll be performing at Wireless Festival, hosted at Finsbury Park.
The star will be taking to the stage on Friday with superstars including Lil Uzi Vert and Playboi Carti also performing on the same day.
Ice Spice is in for a busy summer, as she later heads to Miami to perform at the world-renowned Rolling Loud festival, before joining Doja Cat on tour this winter.
